Hercules — an XL jet that follows the cigar

With its adjustable head, the Hercules adapts to the position of the cigar rather than the other way around. Tilt, point, light — the jet covers the foot in one pass. Large format ribbed body, integrated punch, Yellow & Black or Gold & Black. Collection box included.

How to use the adjustable head? Unlock the head using the LOCK button visible on the body, tilt it to the desired angle, then light. This feature is particularly useful for lighting a cigar resting in an ashtray or held vertically — the flame is oriented without having to tilt the entire lighter.

Delivered empty — standard butane refill required. Wait 2 minutes after filling. Always start the dial at the minimum setting after a refill.

Adjustable jet vs fixed jet: on a standard fixed-jet lighter, the flame is directed upward — you must adapt the position of the cigar. The Hercules adjustable head reverses this relationship: the flame adapts, not the cigar. Significant comfort for large formats that are difficult to handle.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Hercules adjustable head work?
A LOCK button on the body locks and unlocks the head. Once unlocked, the head tilts to aim the XL jet in the desired direction — ideal for lighting a cigar resting in an ashtray or held vertically, without having to change your grip.
Why 1 XL jet on the Hercules?
An XL jet covers the entire surface of the cigar foot in a single pass — particularly effective for large formats (Gordo, Churchill, Double Corona) whose wide foot exceeds 20mm. On standard formats, lighting is twice as fast as with a single torch.
Does the lighter come with gas?
No — delivered empty due to transport regulations. Standard butane available at tobacconists or supermarkets. Wait 2 minutes after filling.
What is the difference between Yellow & Black and Gold & Black?
No technical difference — same XL jet, same adjustable head, same punch. The Yellow & Black is bolder and more contrasted, the Gold & Black is more refined. Purely aesthetic choice.
