Preparation before departure: if the trip lasts longer than 24 hours, slide a travel-sized 69% Boveda pack into the bottom of the case before loading your cigars. The egg-crate foam retains residual humidity for short trips—the Boveda takes over for longer journeys.

Loading cigars: open the KEVO 5 and place your cigars in the bottom egg-crate foam. Close the lid—the upper half-foam envelops and holds each cigar by friction. Ensure the latch is fully engaged and the seal is in contact around the entire perimeter.

Transport: slip the KEVO 5 into your bag, suitcase, or carry it using the wrist strap. It resists compression (checked suitcases), water splashes (rain, patio), and shocks. On airplanes, it is allowed in the cabin without restriction.
