Full Spanish cedar interior: all drawers and internal walls are made of Spanish cedar — the reference wood for all premium humidors for centuries. Its hygroscopic properties naturally regulate humidity, its terpenes gradually enrich the aromas of your cigars, and it repels tobacco beetles. The Eames Edition does not compare to an MDF humidor.
Preparing the EAMES before first use — seasoning

Humidify the walls — with a slightly damp cloth (distilled water only), gently dab all cedar surfaces of each drawer. Do not wet — dab.

Load the humidifier to 50% — place it in its dedicated drawer with the hygrometer. Close the humidor completely.

Wait 24 to 48 hours — check the hygrometer visible on the front. Target: 65 to 70% stable. Repeat the operation if the humidity is not reached.

Load your collection — once the humidity is stable, place your cigars by origin and format in the drawers with the removable divider. The EAMES is ready.
Distilled water only — never use tap water in the humidifier. Limescale clogs humidification systems and can deposit residues on tobacco leaves. Distilled water is available in supermarkets for a few cents per liter.

How many cigars can the EAMES Edition actually hold?
Up to 110 cigars depending on their format. Robustos (ring gauge 50) and Coronas (ring gauge 44) take up less space — you can fit more. Gordos (ring gauge 60) and Churchills (ring gauge 47, long) take up more space per cigar. The capacity of 110 is calculated for a standard Robusto format.
Is the removable divider included in both versions?
