3 finishes — Black, Brown, Dark Brown
To integrate into your office or living room according to your style and decoration
Spanish cedar on all sides: not just inside — the JANGO is built with Spanish cedar on each of its sides. This wood naturally regulates ambient humidity, progressively enriches the aromas of your cigars by terpene transfer, and repels the tobacco beetle. A humidor entirely made of cedar is not comparable to an MDF humidor with a simple interior veneer.
Choosing your finish
Black
Contemporary and graphic — strong contrast with light cedar. Perfect for a modern or minimalist office.
Brown
Natural warmth — harmonizes with dark wood furniture. For a classic or traditional interior.
Dark Brown
Intermediate and versatile tone — fits equally well in a contemporary living room or a characterful office.
Preparing the JANGO before first use
1
Humidify the interior — gently wipe the cedar walls with a slightly damp cloth (distilled water only). Do not soak — just wipe.
2
Load the crystals — add distilled water to the crystal humidifier until they are swollen. Place it inside with the hygrometer and close the humidor.
3
Wait 24 to 48 hours — check the hygrometer on the front. Target: stable 65 to 70%. If insufficient, repeat the operation.
4
Place your cigars — once the hygrometry is stable, your JANGO is ready. Admire your collection through the glass without opening it.
Needle hygrometer: the supplied analog hygrometer displays an accuracy of ±5%. For finer monitoring — especially if you store precious cigars — consider supplementing it with a precision digital hygrometer (±1-2%) placed inside.
Distilled water only — never refill the crystal humidifier with tap water. Limescale clogs the crystals and reduces their effectiveness. Distilled water is available in supermarkets for a few cents.

Frequently asked questions
How many cigars does the JANGO humidor actually hold?
Up to 20 cigars in Robusto (ring gauge 50) or Corona (ring gauge 44) format. Larger formats like Gordo (ring gauge 60) or Churchill (47 mm diameter) take up more space — count 12 to 15 cigars in these formats. The interior dimensions of 21.6 × 19.1 × 4.3 cm allow for combining different formats simultaneously.
How often should the humidifier be refilled?
Check the front hygrometer every 2 weeks — refill the humidifier with distilled water as soon as the level drops below 65%. Never tap water — limescale clogs humidification systems.
Does the JANGO humidor need to be prepared before putting cigars in it?
Yes — seasoning is essential. New cedar is delivered dry and would absorb humidity from your cigars. Humidify the walls with a damp cloth (distilled water) and let the hygrometer stabilize at 65-70% for 24 to 48 hours before the first loading.
Is the needle hygrometer accurate enough?
The supplied analog hygrometer offers an accuracy of ±5% — sufficient for routine monitoring of your collection. For precious cigars or finer monitoring, you can supplement it with a digital hygrometer (±1-2%) placed inside the humidor for a reference reading.
Is the JANGO humidor a good gift for a cigar lover?
Yes — the glass top and Spanish cedar on all sides make it a humidor that is both functional and aesthetic, which stands out in any office or living room. Available in 3 finishes to adapt to the recipient's style. Paired with a lighter and a cigar cutter, it makes a complete and memorable gift.
