The Verti Wabi is made of pleated braided natural fiber — a textile material whose radial ribs are formed and then held in position by structural tension, without a visible rigid frame. This pleating process creates regular grooves that radiate from the center to the periphery of the hat, similar to the veins of a large exotic leaf.
When lit, the bare bulb in the center projects light through the semi-translucent fiber — the grooves create warm and organic shadow lines on the ceiling and surrounding walls. The asymmetrical shape — one wing longer than the other — means that the projected shadow is never perfectly symmetrical, reinforcing the impression of a living, non-industrial object.

Installation — 4 steps

Preparation: cut off the electricity supply at the circuit breaker before any handling. Check that your ceiling hook can support the weight of the pendant light. The Verti Wabi is light — a standard ceiling rose is sufficient.

Ceiling rose fixing: fix the white ceiling rose to the ceiling by connecting the electrical wires (phase, neutral, earth according to your installation). The ceiling rose accepts an adjustable 1.5 m cable — shorten it according to the desired hanging height.

Bulb: screw an E27 max 40W bulb into the central socket. For a warm rendering and soft diffusion through the fiber, opt for a 2700K filament LED globe bulb — it reproduces the light of an incandescent while consuming little energy.

Height adjustment: adjust the cable length from the ceiling rose to achieve the ideal height. Above a table: leave 70 to 85 cm between the floor and the bottom of the pendant light. As a free decorative pendant light: position according to the desired visual effect. Restore power at the circuit breaker and test.

For a warm wabi-sabi look: E27 LED filament globe bulb 4W 2700K — golden amber light that passes through the natural fiber and creates soft shadows. For a more modern effect: frosted globe bulb 2700K. Avoid tube or fluorescent bulbs that do not match the spherical shape of the socket.
Optimal positioning according to the room: above a table, adjust the cable so that the bottom of the pendant light is 70–85 cm from the tabletop. In a living room, position it at a minimum of 180–200 cm from the floor to avoid obstructing movement. In a bedroom, center it above the bed — the Ø 60 cm is perfect for this use. The asymmetry of the Verti Wabi creates a different effect depending on the orientation of the long wing relative to windows.
